Today, I hit a new PR: Deadlift 245lbs! Soon, I will get to 2x my body weight… 280. 

DAMN, this is definitely a day I wish I was,  ummm, smaller-boned???

All in a day’s work, though. I’m happy with the progress. But I could have done without the WOD.

My hands JUST healed. Ok, I’ll stop cryin’ now.
